FREE SHIPPING: We offer free shipping on Prepaid Orders. For Cash on Delivery Orders Rs.75 Charges are imposed for shipping.

2-5 DAY DISPATCH: We dispatch orders within 2-5 working days. 

5-9 DAYS DELIVERY

We usually take 5-12 working days depending on your location.

ORDER TRACKING: You'll receive a tracking number from us on your WhatsApp as soon as it ships! Orders can be tracked in real-time via the same link 

14 DAY EXCHANGE: Items purchased from Bunga Tunga are eligible for return/exchange, if returned within 14 days of delivery.

11-12 Years is our last size. So if any doubt please make sure to check with us through whatsapp/ Call / email, as exchange for a bigger size will not be possible for the same.

FULL CASH REFUND: Refund is applicable under the following criteria's: 

1. Pre-paid orders.

2. Items not on sale/mark-downs (discount coupons are not considered as mark-down)

Note:

We have a 100% refund policy. However,  Rs.250 will be deducted as Returns handling charges. This is something that is charged to us by the logistic partners.

REFUND ON COD ORDERS: For COD orders refunds would be provided via store credit equivalent to the total order value which means no cash refunds to bank account.
