We have a 100% refund policy. However, Rs.250 will be deducted as Returns handling charges. This is something that is charged to us by the logistic partners.

REFUND ON COD ORDERS: For COD orders refunds would be provided via store credit equivalent to the total order value which means no cash refunds to bank account.
